From Erasmus to the Professional Workspace: Erasmus+ Career Fair in Odesa
ESN Ukraine brought Erasmus+ alumni, students and employers together to show how mobility experience works on the job market.

On 22–24 May 2026, ESN Ukraine held “From Erasmus to a Professional Workspace” in Odesa, showing how Erasmus+ experience can support student career development and employability.
The activity focused on:
- Helping young people present skills gained through international mobility to employers.
- Raising awareness of Erasmus+ benefits for professional development and networking.
- Strengthening cooperation between Erasmus+ alumni, students and employers.
- Supporting ESN members in promoting Erasmus+ opportunities in their local communities.
More than 60 participants from six Ukrainian cities took part in lectures, a panel discussion and information sessions on presenting mobility experience and improving CVs.
The Erasmus Career Fair brought together representatives of 18 companies, including KPMG, Genesis and ProCredit Bank. Participants explored 40+ job vacancies and internship opportunities and spoke directly with employers about career paths post-Erasmus mobility.
To extend the activity’s impact beyond Odesa, five ESN Sections and Candidate Sections created digital campaigns promoting Erasmus+ as an opportunity for professional development and employability.
The campaigns targeted local student and youth communities, including prospective mobility participants, and generated 20+ online materials and 25,000+ impressions.
The activity was organised in cooperation with Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University and the Erasmus+ National Office in Ukraine, with financial support from the Erasmus+ Student and Alumni Alliance (ESAA), the Erasmus+ Support Services Team (ESS) and the International Cooperation Fund (ICF).
